Oggetto: PIAZZA GARIBALDI E' UN CAMPO DI CALCIO O UNA PUBBLICA PIAZZA?
Con il presente fax richiamo l'attenzione dei predetti destinatari sulla sicurezza dei cittadini che transitano in Piazza Garibaldi a Terracina.
E' ben noto, ormai, che la suddetta Piazza viene adibita, sempre più spesso, da alcuni giovani, a campo di calcio.
Mi sembra superfluo che io mi dilunghi sulla potenziale pericolosità che ciò comporta per i passanti.
Nonchè, mi si corregga se erro, sui reati amministrativi e/o penali che tali soggetti commettono giocando al calcio sbraitando, anche di notte, in una pubblica piazza.
Il sottoscritto, come cittadino, si interroga esterrefatto ed indignato come sia possibile che una città di 40.000 abitanti possa stare in balìa di poche decine di maleducati ed incivili senza che gli organi preposti al controllo facciano cessare definitivamente quanto predetto, e soprattutto che non vengano comminate sanzioni pecuniarie "esemplari" a carico di tali "personaggi", ed in caso di minori ai di loro genitori.
La domanda è la seguente:
"Il povero" cittadino a chi deve rivolgersi per potersi fare una tranquilla walking in Piazza Garibaldi without running the risk of "Becca A BALL IN THE FACE?
