National Literary Prize "CITADEL" 2011 (Deadline 03.31.2011)

REGULATION

Cultural Association PIAZZA the Bard announces a competition for best fantasy novel published in Italy in the period from 1 January 2010-27 February 2011.

1. The competition works in Italian, by Italian-themed fantasy and numbering ISBN published for the first time since 1 January 2010 to February 27, 2011.

2. Premium may participate in only one title per author, all authors Italians living on the date of enactment of this announcement, regardless of age, except those who are part of the jury or whose publishers are part of the jury.

3. Are not allowed to novels for children (under 13).

4. Excluded from the prize all the works that are not strictly fantasy. Are therefore not entitled to the premium: vampires, horror, noir, gothic, cyberpunk, yellow with vague elements of fantasy, fairy tales, science fiction or political fantasy masquerade mixture of various kinds, etc.. Anthologies of short stories are not allowed.

5. Each entrant must send to the association, free of charge, 5 copies of the novel, attach the address and phone number and a signature. The texts in the competition must be received by March 31, 2011, at: Piazza dei Bardi Association - c / o Adriana Como, via Parea 3-27049 Stradella (Pavia). The date of postmark.

6. The registration fee is set at € 15.00 for each book sent to support the costs of the secretariat in the entry form and must be paid in cash and a sealed envelope.

7. The announcement of the winner and the prize will take place within a specific event. The location and date of the event will be published on the website of the Association, and the authors will be notified of the final volume 5.

8. Are expected to attend mandatory finalists at the awards ceremony, will be excluded from award.

9. The jury will consist of the literary experts (authors, publishers, etc..), Its decision is final.

10. The prize for the five finalists is the Piazza dei Bardi Association registration for the duration of one year and ranking of parchment, the winner, your annual membership free and a plaque of recognition.

11. Participation in the competition implies acceptance of the above.

The way is clear from the title, and is best understood leggendo il suddetto link, il "Piano" in disamina tocca "molto marginalmente" la "MOBILITA' URBANA" in BICICLETTA, che attualmente è il prioritario obiettivo del CTC. Ciò che si richiede è la realizzazione di CORSIE CICLABILI,

che non hanno bisogno di essere costruite, poichè utilizzano la sede stradale preesistente, magari di un rifacimento sì, dell'apposita segnaletica e della messa in SICUREZZA (dissuasori e quant'altro).

Ovviamente affinchè ciò sia fattibile bisogna rendere a senso unico le strade interessate, e parcheggiare le auto nei parcheggi e non lungo le strade.

Per MOBILITA' URBAN biking, we will be able to use your bike safely to and from work, school, go shopping, to avoid having to use a car to travel less than 1 / 3 Km when you go to the grocery store several times a day, go to the bank, post office, etc.. for all short-distance commuting.

Besides the aforementioned "Plan" provides "The ... Pista Ciclabile di Terracina sarà un'opera di indirizzo fondamentalmente turistico ricreativo..."

Si evince chiaramente che L'attuale Amministrazione Comunale NON vuole affrontare "lo spinoso" problema della viabilità e mobilità in bici, si cerca di "depistare" il Cittadino con le Piste Ciclabili, che ripeto per L'ENNESIMA volta è tutt'altra cosa, poichè si vanno a realizzare in luoghi periferici o di estrema campagna dove " NON DANNO FASTIDIO A NESSUNO"!

Non ci si rende minimamente conto che oltre a ledere la qualità della vita dei "Terracinesi", si vanno a perdere quote di mercato del "turismo di qualità", "più abbiente". Del resto voi ci andreste a mangiare in un ristorante che ha un bel panorama sul mare ma dove a pochi metri di distanza transitano automobili "SGASSANTI", continuamente?
