3. Name, date and program of the event
The event called "Winter Sail", V Edition, will be held in the waters off the Port of Punta Aldi (path attached to the Sailing Instructions) on December 5, 2010, as four more races of the event.

Saturday, December 4, 2010:
- 19.00 - Closing of registration at the Marina Puntaldia
Sunday, December 5, 2010:
- 09.30 - Briefing at the Marina di Puntaldia
- 10.30 am - Warning Signal Race;
4. Admission
can participate in the regatta boats entered in Class: ORC-J 24 - Not calibrated
divided into:
- less than 9 meters
- 11 meters below the
- over 11 meters
5. Registration, entry fees, moorings and port services.
pre-registrations will be accepted via e-mail address santeodoro@leganavale.it . Entries must be completed at the Marina of tips in the office of Secretary of the race by 19.00 on December 4, 2010, after paying the registration fee of € 80.00 for the remainder of the championship or € 20 for single test .
6. FIV
All participants must be in compliance with the 2010 membership, including provisions for medical examinations.
7 . Regulations. The races will be:
- The rules as defined in the Racing Rules of Sailing 2009-2012;
- General Statement Activities for the national sport
- This Notice of Race;
- Sailing Instructions;
- Subsequent communications Race Committee and / or protest committee. In case of conflict between these regulations shall prevail Sailing Instructions and any subsequent communications (changes RRS 63.7)
9. Sailing Instructions
Instructions the race will be available for each boat at the time of completion of registration.
10. Controls and crew
All participants must be in compliance with the membership FIV 2010, including provisions for medical examinations. The list of crew shall be filed before the test program, any changes must be submitted in writing and approval of the CDI R.
11. Liability and safety equipment
As basic rule of "4" Rules of the ISAF each boat will be responsible for his decision to start or continue a race. Competitors participate in the race under its full and personal responsibility. The organizers, the Jury and Race Committee not responsible for any damage that may occur to persons or things, both on land and at sea, as a result of their participation in the race referred to in this announcement. The participation of crew members under the age limit is under the direct responsibility of the owner who signs the registration. A declaration of exemption and indemnification from any direct and indirect responsibility of the organizing bodies should be filed jointly by the owners registration. All boats must also carry the safety equipment required by current regulations for navigation within the six miles from the coast.
12 Ratings
will be applied the minimum score of ISAF Racing Rules of Sailing. In case of equal final score, this will be resolved in accordance with Section A8.1.2 of Appendix A of RRS.
13 Awards
Prizes will be awarded at the last race scheduled for May 15, 2011 on the basis of the scores obtained both in the general classification of that class.
14 Briefing
At 9.00 Saturday, December 5, 2010 at the Marina di Puntaldia.
15 Moorings
Free moorings are available at the Marina Puntaldia, to the availability of the boats entered regularly, following a request by the owners.
16 Social events
At the end of the event at the Marina di Puntaldia and 'planned a spaghetti for all participants
