1. Organizing Authority

2.Comitati

• Organizing Committee: Italian Naval League Sec. San Teodoro
• Race Committee: The composition of C.di R. will be made known to competitors with a special release no more than 60 minutes before the warning signal.

3. Name, date and program of the event

The event called "Winter Sail", V Edition, will be held in the waters off the Port of Punta Aldi (path attached to the Sailing Instructions) on December 5, 2010, as four more races of the event.

PROGRAM

Saturday, December 4, 2010:

- 19.00 - Closing of registration at the Marina Puntaldia

Sunday, December 5, 2010:

• 09.30 - Briefing at the Marina di Puntaldia
• 10.30 am - Warning Signal Race;

4. Admission

can participate in the regatta boats entered in Class: ORC-J 24 - Not calibrated

divided into:

- less than 9 meters

- 11 meters below the

- over 11 meters

5. Registration, entry fees, moorings and port services.

pre-registrations will be accepted via e-mail address santeodoro@leganavale.it . Entries must be completed at the Marina of tips in the office of Secretary of the race by 19.00 on December 4, 2010, after paying the registration fee of € 80.00 for the remainder of the championship or € 20 for single test .

6. FIV

All participants must be in compliance with the 2010 membership, including provisions for medical examinations.

7 . Regulations. The races will be:

- The rules as defined in the Racing Rules of Sailing 2009-2012;

- General Statement Activities for the national sport

- This Notice of Race;

- Sailing Instructions;

- Subsequent communications Race Committee and / or protest committee. In case of conflict between these regulations shall prevail Sailing Instructions and any subsequent communications (changes RRS 63.7)

9. Sailing Instructions

Instructions the race will be available for each boat at the time of completion of registration.

10. Controls and crew

All participants must be in compliance with the membership FIV 2010, including provisions for medical examinations. The list of crew shall be filed before the test program, any changes must be submitted in writing and approval of the CDI R.

11. Liability and safety equipment

As basic rule of "4" Rules of the ISAF each boat will be responsible for his decision to start or continue a race. Competitors participate in the race under its full and personal responsibility. The organizers, the Jury and Race Committee not responsible for any damage that may occur to persons or things, both on land and at sea, as a result of their participation in the race referred to in this announcement. The participation of crew members under the age limit is under the direct responsibility of the owner who signs the registration. A declaration of exemption and indemnification from any direct and indirect responsibility of the organizing bodies should be filed jointly by the owners registration. All boats must also carry the safety equipment required by current regulations for navigation within the six miles from the coast.

12 Ratings

will be applied the minimum score of ISAF Racing Rules of Sailing. In case of equal final score, this will be resolved in accordance with Section A8.1.2 of Appendix A of RRS.

13 Awards

Prizes will be awarded at the last race scheduled for May 15, 2011 on the basis of the scores obtained both in the general classification of that class.

14 Briefing

At 9.00 Saturday, December 5, 2010 at the Marina di Puntaldia.

15 Moorings

Free moorings are available at the Marina Puntaldia, to the availability of the boats entered regularly, following a request by the owners.

16 Social events

At the end of the event at the Marina di Puntaldia and 'planned a spaghetti for all participants

Hello everyone. It 's a little bit that we do not feel, and this is why:

In collaboration with the LNI of Olbia, Golfo Aranci, Porto San Paolo and we are organizing a stage of "Winter Race" , that the coastal race which will start Dec. 4 from Olbia to the Port of San Teodoro Punt'Aldia relatively dinner.

While the next race will be held Dec. 5 in front of the beach of La Cinta, with lunch at the end.

We are devoting almost all our energy xchè can feel better when they disembark at the dock, while we extend an invitation to all those who share our passion. Thanks

Well (or rather bad), more than 14 months away I gotta get back on the above subject. Qui non si tratta di essere degli "Ambientalisti radicali", che tra l'altro non calza proprio al sottoscritto, bensì di DECORO, IGIENE,PULIZIA, CIVILTA', EDUCAZIONE, RISPETTO PER LA COLLETTIVITA',etc.

Terracina, è una città dedita al turismo balneare, un turista che impressione si fa di questa città? Secondo voi ci ritorna? Consiglia la meta ad i suoi amici?

Sono TRE ANNI che scrivo sempre le stesse cose, anche la tastiera del mio PC "ha la nausea", però non c'è verso. Del resto, come già scritto, ognuno ha i governanti che si merita.

announces the eighth edition of the National Literary Prize "Città di Forlì"


The competition is divided into four sections:

• a) Award Sandra Mazzini "for unpublished poetry in Italian. Each competitor must send three unpublished poems, never won other competitions, the maximum length of 30 lines each, in 7 copies, typed, anonymous. Is joined to the works a sealed envelope containing the following information: name, address, telephone number and any e-mail the author, and title poems sent;

• b) Award Macrolibrarsi "to translate, given this year to the following languages: French, Portuguese, English. Each contestant must send the Italian version of two unpublished poems by a poet stranger, chosen by the translator, together with the original language texts, in 4 copies, typewritten, anonymous, indicating the author's name published. Is joined to the works a sealed envelope containing the following information: name, address, telephone number and e-mail any of the translator, author's name and titles of foreign chosen poems translated;

• c) Award Irene Ugolini Zoli, "the preface to a volume of poems. Send three copies of the book published not before 2005, indicating prefacer name, address, telephone number, any e-mail address and date of birth. It is accepted the item by the same publishing houses that preface;

• d) Award Foschi Publisher "for the unpublished novel. Contestants must submit an unpublished novel, never awarded in other contests, in three typewritten copies. Is joined to the works a sealed envelope containing the following information: name, address, telephone number and any e-mail the author, and title;

Competitors under the age of 14 years, will indicate the born outside the busta contenente i dati anagrafici.
