"Pralormo IN PLACEMENT 2011”
Regolamento
Il Comune di Pralormo e la A.T. Pro Loco Pralormo indicono il 2° Premio Fotografico “Pralormo in posa 2011”, finalizzato alla valorizzazione e alla promozione del territorio.
Lo scopo del concorso è quello di registrare e raccontare, attraverso la capacità sintetica ed evocativa delle immagini, i diversi aspetti e le sfaccettature più variegate del territorio di Pralormo nonché di mettere in risalto i colori della bandiera italiana nell’anno in cui si celebra il 150° anniversario dell’Unità d’Italia.
ART. 2 – Temi
I soggetti delle fotografie dovranno essere attinenti ad una delle due sezioni tematiche:
1. TRE SCATTI PER IL TRICOLORE: (tema non vincolato al territorio di Pralormo) omaggio al 150° anniversario dell’Unità d’Italia. È richiesta la rappresentazione del tricolore attraverso qualsiasi forma di espressione. I tre colori dovranno apparire predominanti su ogni singola fotografia (nel caso di opere distinte) oppure attraverso una serie di tre scatti tra loro collegati.
2. POSTI NASCOSTI A PRALORMO: luoghi di Pralormo poco conosciuti, scorci e particolari curiosi, viste panoramiche da posizioni insolite…
ART. 3 – Condizioni di ammissione
Il Concorso è aperto a tutti i fotoamatori, senza limiti di età o qualifica e ciò ai sensi dell’art. 90 comma 1 nn. 1 e 2 della Legge 633/1941 "Protezione del diritto d'autore e di altri diritti connessi al suo esercizio" e s.m.i.
ART. 4 – Quota d’iscrizione e modalità di pagamento
La quota di partecipazione, fissata in € 10,00, consente di partecipare ad entrambi i temi del concorso. Sarà possibile effettuare il versamento della quota in due modalità:
A: al momento della consegna a mano del materiale fotografico presso l’ufficio Affari Generali del Comune di Pralormo, Via Umberto I 16, an internal PT 011/9481103;

: by bank transfer (in case of dispatch of the photographic material by mail or courier). Copy of proof of payment must be included with the material shipped in the manner provided for in art. 5. The bank transfer must indicate the full name of Contestant and causal COMPETITION IN LAYING Pralormo 2011 "and should be made payable to:

ART. 5 - Characteristics of materials for submission and delivery Each artist may submit up to 3 photos for each theme (alternatively a series of 3 shots just to the theme No. 1) made with both digital and film equipment, both color and black and white.
Entries should be unpublished and unequivocally linked to the themes bandits.
only the theme No 1 : photos will not necessarily be inherent in the Municipality of Pralormo. For this subject the competitor may choose to deliver three distinct images or a series of 3 shots online.
only the theme No 2 : Photographs must be inherent in the Municipality of Pralormo.
The images must be sent as glossy prints or opaque.
The prints will have maximum and minimum size 20x30 cm 30x40 cm, but will always mounted on black cardboard 40x50 cm. Will be accepted a slightly different format than those mentioned where there are specific technical requirements related to printing.
On the back of each card should be recorded:
the category that contributes to the photo
title that features the image, the numbers from 1 to 3 for each category and / or the number of photos in series (only issue # 1)

delivery by mail or courier to the following address: City of Pralormo, Via Umberto I n.16, 10040 Pralormo (TO), indicating on the envelope: "PHOTO COMPETITION IN LAYING Pralormo 2011.
ART. 6 - Terms of presentation of the work and the application form
The delivery of the works must be effettuata entro e non oltre venerdì 01 aprile 2011, pena l’esclusione dal concorso.
Per i plichi spediti via posta o corriere farà fede la data del timbro di spedizione, in ogni caso il materiale dovrà pervenire all’organizzazione entro e non oltre lunedì 4 aprile 2011.
Tutte le fotografie che giungeranno all’organizzazione dopo il termine massimo sopraindicato non avranno il diritto di partecipare al concorso.
Al concorso risulteranno iscritti tutti coloro che entro la data sopraindicata avranno regolarmente consegnato in plico chiuso il seguente materiale:
Fotografie preparate secondo le modalità descritte all’articolo 5, accuratamente imballate and divided into separate envelopes based on the theme. Support

"Registration Form" (accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document) and "Curriculum artist" duly completed (possibly PC) and signed and annexed hereto.
ART. 7 - Submission of works to the jury
expiry of the deadline for delivery, the photographs will be submitted to the jury anonymous and identified by a unique code.
ART. 8 - Board of Examiners
The Board of Examiners, appointed by the organization of the competition, will evaluate the photos so final.
The names of jury members will be published only after the ceremony.
ART. 9 - Awards and Prizes
The first 3 winners of each section will receive the following prizes:
a winner in each section: € 120.00
2 winner in each section: € 80,00
3° classificato di ogni sezione: € 50,00

La cerimonia di premiazione si svolgerà domenica 17 aprile 2011 presso la sala Consigliare del Comune di Pralormo a partire dalle ore 10.30.
ART. 10 – Esposizione e Visibilità delle opere
Tutte le fotografie in concorso (o una selezione delle medesime qualora gli spazi a disposizione non lo consentano) verranno esposte, with the curriculum of the participants, along Via XX Settembre on the following holidays: 10-17-25 April and 1 May. The exhibition will coincide with the event "Messer Tulipano" to be held from 02 April to 1 May 2011 at the Castle of Pralormo (www.castellodipralormo.com).
In case of bad weather exposure can not be guaranteed .
ART. 11 - Ownership and Copyright
the intellectual property rights of broadcast works rests with the author of the picture.
By signing the registration form owner:
accepts in its entirety by this Regulation;
claims to be the author of the photo and to authorize the publication;
agrees to give free of charge (notwithstanding, that is, the right to economic exploitation in art. 12 of Law 633/1941 "Protection copyright and other rights related to the exercise and subsequent amendments) and the City of Pralormo irrevocable and the Pro Loco AT Pralormo all rights regarding the reproduction and publication of the same (under dell'all'art. 13 of Law 633/1941 "Protection of copyright and other rights related to the exercise and subsequent amendments) for institutional Authorities cited, without further notice. The photos will be used and published in accordance with Article 90 della Legge 633/1941 "Protezione del diritto d'autore e di altri diritti connessi al suo esercizio" e s.m.i.;
dichiara aver ricevuto autorizzazione scritta alla pubblicazione da parte degli eventuali soggetti ripresi;
dichiara di acconsentire al trattamento dei propri dati personali ai sensi del D.Lgs. n. 196/2003 e s.m.i.
ART. 12 – Modifiche al regolamento
Eventuali insindacabili modifiche al regolamento potranno essere attuate dall’Organizzazione in relazione a situazioni contingenti.
